Walton Community Services, Inc offers a variety of community support services through Georgia Medicare Programs, Private Pay and Insurance Services.

  • Mentally and Physically Disabled Person – Medicaid Program
  • Elderly Disabled Person  - Medicaid Program
  • Private Pay – Welcomed. Payment in advance of services ordered.
  • Community Living Program – Group Home Living for the Mentally Challenged
  • Independent Care Waiver Program – Spinal Cord Injury Program , and Sheppard Care
  • Skilled Nursing Services
  • Adult Day Health Program – 21 years of age and up with a mental or physical disability.
  • Certified Nursing Assistance Training $465.00 twice per year.
  • HIV/ AIDS Case Management Services – Medicaid and Private Pay
  • Hospice Program for the terminally ill
  • Atlanta Food Bank Services - Food Bank for the Community (monthly) - Please view under calendar section for dates of distribution
